Written Instructions for ToeTape Achilles Tendonitis Application
1 Long Strip
2 Short Strip

- Apply about 1 hour before physical activity for best results
- Apply to Clean & Dry skin
- After application rub the tape in for best adhesion
- Wear ToeTape PF through the night
- Apply new tape every 24 hours
- Cut away any peeling tape edges to make the application last longer
POSITIONING
Sit with the foot that will be treated crossed over the opposite knee and pull toes up towards the shin.
Twist to tear the white paper backing on each of the three strips. Long Strip 1-2 inches from end. Short Strips in Center.
ANCHOR: Apply base of one strip just below the heel on the underside of the foot with 0% stretch.
APPLY: Run the tape upward along the Achilles tendon with 50% stretch, stopping just below the calf muscle.
FINISH: Lay the last 2 inches down with 0% stretch & rub tape in.

- ANCHOR: Place the center of the second strip horizontally onto the most painful area of the tendon with 80% stretch.
- APPLY: Lay ends of the strip across the heel with 0% stretch & rub tape in.
SHORT TAPE STRIP 2 APPLICATION
- Repeat Short Tape Strip 1 Application steps with the second short strip, but move up to the middle of your tendon (halfway between heel and start of calf) & rub full tape application in to set adhesive.

Rub the tape in to ensure proper adhesion. Wait at least 1 hour before activity to let the tape fully set.
